The group setting is enjoyable and welcoming, especially for women who may be hesitant about strength training. My Total Gym GTS arrived this morning, and I must say, it's an impressive piece of equipment! The quality of the engineering is superb, and I love how easy it is to fold and unfold. The LAT bars and pulley clamps are just a few of the features that stood out to me. The glideboard moves smoothly, and I was impressed by the sturdy feel of the adjustable height levels. When I opened the accessory boxes, I was immediately impressed by the quality and durability of each bar. The unit was packed securely, and setting it up was a breeze. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I received my Total Gym GTS yesterday, assembled it last night, and had my first workout this morning. It's truly a worthwhile investment, as the quality is exceptional. I appreciate the thoughtful engineering, like the quiet pull-up bar and smooth glide bench during squats. Overall, I'm extremely pleased and impressed with my purchase.
