The group setting is enjoyable and welcoming, especially for women who may be hesitant about strength training. Additionally, men often find the machine to be more challenging than expected, which can be a humbling experience during their first use in a group setting.

My Total Gym GTS arrived this morning, and I must say, it's an impressive piece of equipment! The quality of the engineering is superb, and I love how easy it is to fold and unfold. The LAT bars and pulley clamps are just a few of the features that stood out to me. The glideboard moves smoothly, and I was impressed by the sturdy feel of the adjustable height levels. When I opened the accessory boxes, I was immediately impressed by the quality and durability of each bar. The unit was packed securely, and setting it up was a breeze. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I received my Total Gym GTS yesterday, assembled it last night, and had my first workout this morning. It's truly a worthwhile investment, as the quality is exceptional. I appreciate the thoughtful engineering, like the quiet pull-up bar and smooth glide bench during squats. Overall, I'm extremely pleased and impressed with my purchase.
